Yzaguirre has been making vermouth since 1884 and is located between Reus and Tarragona in Catalunya. It spends a year aging in barrels which gives it a richness to balance the botanical bitter notes. It has flavors of citrus and botanicals and is delicious served chilled with a little fresh mint and a slice of blood orange.
